You will not get these documents. I called Arrowhead Investments who is the company I supposedly took the payday loan out with. They have no record of this. Verifying that this was a scam. They told me to have him send a Debt Validation Letter to the address he has on file and then hang up. I do know that he is in Tampa, FL and he is calling from a landline. Still doing more research. He will be arrested once I am done.
A PERSON KEEPS CALLINF FROM THE ABOVE NUMBER REFUSING TO IDENTIFY THE COMPANY HE IS REPRESENTING. HE IS ASKING FOR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS AND ADDRESS AND THREATNING TO CAUSE ME LEGAL PROBLEMS UNLESS I PROVIDE HIM THE INFORMATION HE IS REQUESTING.
BE CAREFUL! I AM ALSO GETTING THIS PHONE CALLS FROM A GUY REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO ME. HE IS FRAUD!! I DID REPORT HIM TO AUTHORITIES. BUT PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION.
i RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER THE GUY STATING HE IS OFFICER SHAWN WILLIAMS WITH UNITED LEGAL INVESTIGATION BUREAU. HE TOLD ME I HAD OUTSTANDING BALANCE FROM A PAYDAY LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $786.00 TOLD ME IF I DIDN'T SEND MONEY TODAY HE WOULD SEND THIS TO COURT TOMORROW. WHEN I ADVISED I DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY HE SAID HE WOULD ASK HIS SUPERVISOR IF THEY WOULD AGREE TO PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS. WAS ONLY GONE FEW SECOND AND CAME BACK AND SAID I WOULD NEED TO SEND 3 PMTS. TWO IN TEH AMOUNT OF $250 AND THE FINAL ONE $286. NEVER TOLD ME THE SO CALLED NAME OF PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY HE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE REPRESENTING.
rss, its a scam i was given the same amount $(786) and the option of paying in paying in 3 payments of ($250, $250, 286). Whatever you do, DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING!!!! THIS IS ALL B.S.
I recieved a call to my house phone and to my cell phone, he provided the last 4 digits of my SSN to try to sound valid. Did not say what the call was gor exactly just saying it was a legal matter and that if I did not respond that it would mean that I was trying to run away from it and that I would get in trouble for that as well.... On the caller ID it came up as Restricted on my cell and Private on my house.... I did not answer, so this was all on the answering machine. The only thing is, I was getting calls like 3 months ago from a weird number and the guy, the name I can't remember right now was saying the same thing... I reported it to the FBI and the police and the calls stopped, and now they're starting up again with this guy, Shawn Williams, who sounds EXACTLY like the old guy... So I will be reporting this number as well.
