I believe it's a bill collector for Lakeland Electric or Florida power and light.

Received call this morning on my cell phone 9:28 with no message.

Eugene from Transworld Systems with an important business call.  He refused to leave a message for the intended party and hung up on me.

They are a collections company.

These morons have called, then hung up on my machine 89 times since Jan 2013. Never a message.

Why do sinkholes open under innocent people and these idiots live on???

Received a call from this number and she refused to tell me why she was calling unless I gave her my personal information.  Told her I would not cooperate with a scam and hung up.
