Scam trying to rent house out in Philadelphia. This person said they are in the military at Dover Air Force base...

I recently replied to this person's ad on Craigslist for a 3br/2b house in Norfolk, VA for $800.
After receiving a lengthy e-mail about how he had to conduct transactions remotely, I got a weird feeling.
He claims to be in Dover with the Army.
