Caller identified herself as Maria from United Breast cancer. She was soliciting donations. I told her I have been unemployed for almost a year and said I wasn't interested. She tried again and I said no. She continued again with $20 is not too much... I said no again. She got a bit aggressive with her demand for a donation at which time I told her that I had told her no three times, to take me off the list and not call me again, and I hung up on her.
Congress should change the law allowing non-profit agency's to call private residences soliciting monies for their causes. You should be able to opt-out of all non-profits and political calls. I pay my phone bill not the congress. Why don't they call all the folks with the free cell phones we pay for?
