I'm concerned this number is a fraud attempting to collect account numbers and social security numbers. They never identified which institution they are calling for, just "card services". Also they immediately ask for an account number and or social security number. Do not give out this information. I have reported them to the federal trade commission.
Called me twice. I answered the second time but they said nothing and after a few seconds I hung up. Caller ID said "FIA Card Serv", so probably it is a credit card related call.
