Received a phone call from this number. I did not answer. In checking to see where area code 814 is, I found that it was in PA. My ID said that the caller was unknown. I have been receiving many phone calls that turn out to be scams that is why I do not answer a phone call that does not identify the person or company calling. I am presuming that this is also a scam since no message was left.
