Sent to voicemail, left message, said it was Leman acquisition.. Group gave a civil case number and said it was going to be filed. Not calling back hoping this is a scam
I received the same message about civil complaints that would be filed against me in my county if he does not receive a call back within 72 hours. I called back and received his vm. Left him a message. I have a feeling this is a debt collector on an old debt that was paid over 10 years ago.
I received a phone call from the same number from the Leman Acquisition Group, a guy by the name of Jeff Goldstein, said I had an old fee from like 08 that was unpaid and that legal action was going to be taken against me if not paid in 72 hrs. Had no information I asked for proving anything and said he would e-mail me and never did, also got vm with no call back
I am aware of this after talking to my lawyer, I've also shut down my bank account, gotten a new one so any information they may have had will no longer be good
