It's probably a phishing call looking for live phone numbers for future scamming. They count on curious people to call back, which tells them your number is valid. In some cases they tell you to press a key to "be removed" from the list, but of course that does just the opposite.
Two rules to remember:
Don't answer calls from unknown numbers. If it's important the caller will leave a message.
Don't call back. All it does is tell them you're available for scamming.
Received a couple calls from this #. Did not answer...but called it back and all you get is the message saying if you would like to be placed on a do not call list to press 1. After message plays a few times it says thank you for calling and then it disconnects the call.
