Voicemail: "Press 1" to find about exciting opportunities to sell ads and have people call your business.
Fact: I've no interest, get tons of calls and snail-mail from Google, and am on a do-not-call list which Google's army of spammers roundly ignore.
Press 2 to be removed...  Right, like I'd confirm my existence to these slugs.
A mill. Illegal. Violating Do-Not-Call. Worth reporting to Do Not Call and law enforcement, as it's domestic (US)

It isn't Google, but is definitely a scam.  Google has actually addressed these con artists in it's FAQ.
