I answered the call twice. The first time nobody said anything the second time it was a woman and using' baby' talk she asked for me by first name to which i said who is this she repeated my name and i said again...who is this and she hung up. I did not call her back. I'm afraid they are baiting me to call at a charge to my phone

This number has every hour all day then 1/2 hour. Never leaves a message.
