Caller ID read "Hybrimetrics"
The man said he was with Air Products and he wanted to know what "Gasses" we used. I asked him "Like what? We use Gasoline, but that is the only gas we use" He specified "Industrial Gasses like Nitrogen" I informed him that we use LPA's and no gasses. He took my name and title so he could put in his records who he spoke with. I'm fine with that. But we still don't purchase from cold calls.
these people are so rude. she wanted to know what kind of gas we use so I transferred her to the plant manager. she called right back saying he couldn't help her. she asked if she could speak to someone in the lab because it states on our website we have one. i told her i didn't think they would be able to help her and she said well there are cell phone numbers on your website should i just call and ask them and let them know i couldn't get anyone to help me. Really?? sounds like she is trying to threaten me and say she is going to tattle on me cause i wouldn't transfer her to anyone else. whatever lady, i don't have time for cold calls. if we wanted or needed you service we would have called you. so sick of these kinds of calls.
