Who called from 8143103114

Have received several call from this number in the early evening.  Caller ID always lists "Out of Area." Leaves no messages.  A search of the Internet suggests that the phone number is located in the Bedford, PA vicinity.

We don't answer unfamiliar phone numbers, so this number is going on our Call Blocker list.

Caller ID said "None". No message left just a hang up. Weren't home to answer.

Phony guy claiming to represent a fraternal police org. Told him i'm blocking his number,

answered after 2 rings...........nothing... finally hung up.
