Who called from 8143141595

picked up phone and no one was on other end.  called back got busy signal. called later and number did not go through - extremely annoying

missed call. called back and got a message offering $2600.00 travel dollars. Spam hung up. I am on the no call list and am getting more and more of these calls. how do I stop them. I am a cell phone user
