Who called from 8143148356

These people from 814-314-8356 keep harassing me about a payday loan I never took out. Between January and Now May 2011 They have called from different numbers and different area codes. They also sound like the same man or woman calling telling me they are from the police department and no one in my town's police offices has ever heard of them. I never took out any payday loans with them. What can I do to stop these fake scammers?

I had one of these yesterday and when i didn't answer they called my best friend trying to track me down.  They were from a lawyers office and if i don't pay they will come and handcuff me.

These people have called me atleast twenty times, some times a couple times in the same day. They say that I am under investigation, and I have to call them back or a "situation" will come down on me. They speak terrible fragmented english. I believe them to be a scam, but am not 100 percent sure, if any one else knows or can even catch the company name through all of the static in their messages, please e-mail me.

To the other two people so far afflicted by the nonsense company. I as stated before have gotten aggravating phone calls from this number, and decided to do some research. I was starting to feel really pissed because I am now one hundred percent sure that this is a scam trying to scare people out of thier money...And i HATE those kind of bullies. I have read a bunch of ways to get back at them, and was going to test a few out. I called the number, and lo and behold, nothing. the number has been disconnected! I am gonna try again later today. This does not actually mean that those indian phonies are done, so what ever you do do not give any of them money. Ask for every bit of their info you can think of, and give them none of yours, Then google away. If they are real they would have in depth sites about their buisness. And don't worry about police, They can NOT just up and have you arrested. IF they were real , they would have to go through about a million hoops just to take you to court. To stop them I would report them to the BBB"better business bureau"  or atleast tell them that you will, you can also proberly threaten them with any government company you like(FBI, Homeland, Whatever. if it gets bad enough, you just might want to consult the cops or FBI) I will see what ever else I can find.
