Received a call from 814-324-2004, claiming there were "three criminal charges" filed again me, and that I needed to settle this immediately. He claimed that I had received $300 on a payday-type loan from Cash Advantage, and had refused to pay it back. All of which is absolutely untrue. I didn't bite, for two reasons -- (1) I have no such loan, and (2) when I asked him why his phone number didn't come up on my caller ID, he stammered and said there had to be something wrong with my phone. He had called my cell phone. All I got from him was this phone number and the name 'Michael Sinclair". Further, he claimed to be in Florida ... but the area code is in PA. He threatened to have the police come to my home to arrest me, and was demanding the contact info for my attorney. Since I wasn't giving him any info, I too told him I'd meet him in court.
I also received a call and I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING HE SAID. But what I could make out was they had three criminal charges filed against me. And I need to take care of it before they download it to (I think he sais court system)And he also said he had a lawsuit against me and that I needed to settle this case immediately!I have no clue what he is talking about. And it also come up on my phone as blocked. I called the number and it just rings.
