This man called saying he was gonna serve me with papers in an hour but couldnt give me any other information..I called the 800 number he gave me and the "company" is called huntington i called and asked them what state they were located in they said new york i asked who the governor was and they said they didnt know lol i asked for there address and they couldnt give it to me for "security" purposes yet they want all my info. they did however get 100 dollars from me but never again i changed my card info so they can not get me anymore and i have something for them if they call again!
Had the same thing just happen here an hour ago. Called the attorney general and filed a formal complaint. ... Sorry to hear you lost money. I do nothing over the phone. 'f I owe, then prove it in writing' is my theory.
