This number is associated with a scam.  They call you from 209-555-1214 and leave a garbled message in heavily accented (possibly Caribbean or Haitian) English claiming charges will be filed against your social security number and that they will call your friends, family, employers, etc.  They will not tell you where they are located -- they hang up if you ask.  They give a variety of aliases (Brian Jones, Officer Deval, American Legal Services, etc.)  It is definitely a scam -- Do not give them ANY information and report them to FTC, State Attorney General, phone company, etc.
