irs arrest warrent

they have called me twice already today. left a message with a computerized voice.

This number has left me two voicemails today claiming they are from the IRS and they have issued a warrant for my arrest. However, when they call me, the number on the caller ID comes up as calling from Japan. Then the voicemail number is the 814-436-3746 number...? Strange?? It is also a computerized message and when I tried to call the number back, they hung up on me. How can I make these calls stop???

They been calling my phone with a computerized message about its warrant. They hung up when I called. The it's will not send messages like this.
