Received a phone call from this phone number on my cell# today; VM was left that I was eligible for a new payday loan which I did not apply for; not sure how this person received my phone number.  If you look up this phone number online, it belongs to an Angela Shay in PA.  Either someone is using her phone number, or she is extorting a scam to collect money from people.  They reference an website to log into  if you want the loan.  I am not stupid enough to fall for this sort of scam.  The message will be deleted, and I will file a complaint with the FTC online today.
