This number has recently started calling our house.  It calls numerous times a day, I am talking like every 15-20 minutes some times, and they don't leave a message.  When I tried to call the number back, I got the message that it was disconnected.  One time I picked up and spoke to a man who told me that this was some type of health insurance call.  I never applied or requested any information about health insurance.  This person/company is obviously spoofing a local disconnected phone number, which is shady as hell.  If you are legitimate, you won't need to call 4 times an hour and you won't be spoofing the Caller ID.
