Just city and state, Bellefonte, PA in ID.
No message. So not important.
Could be another spoofed/spam caller.

Looking up the name it doesn't match the number that supposed to go with.

Found some complaints at another place about this number:

"The woman said she was from Met-Ed and was I responsible for paying the bill. I told her I was on hold with the hospital and that my bill was current and I did not have time to talk to her!" 6.23.16

The site is maintained by the third-party vendors administering these programs on behalf of Met-Ed, Penelec, Penn Power, and West Penn Power...etc

I'm guessing it was some energy switch company now.
