Received the call at 5:05 P.M. E.S.T.; 800 notes did not appear when entered the number so this is what I know. I picked up the 'private' unpublished business phone line the call came through on showing Pennsylvania only with the number; there was a recording by "Heather" OBVIOUSLY TAKING OVER FOR 'RACHAEL' on the Credit Card Services Scam, no problem with account, lowering interest rates & contact us SOON. Yeah right! The number is carried by Verizon out of Ebensburgh, PA.
