same here. The exact same voice saying "Hello? ... Are you there?" calls from numerous different numbers. Spoofed I guess. So annoying! The voice sounds like an American male.
This is a scammer who is using phone spoofing. The same male voice calls from different area codes around the country (from Washingtonn to Pennsylvania), and asks if my mother is here (calls her by name), and keeps saying, "Are you there?" When I block him from one area code, he calls back from another area code. Don't give him any personal information!
