Who called from 8144878810

Called at 8:20PM, left no msg,  When I tried calling back, I was on hold for almost 90 mins before hanging up

Called my home today, when I called back, the person who answered said they were something like Reychan network.  I hung up

Received a call and when a\I answered there wasn't anyone there and after a few seconds a recording came on that said something like, "we sorry, but that number is invalid..."..weird.

caller id said POLICE. Hmm...dunno what they wanted.
