Caller 'claims' he is from the Fraternal Order of Police.
Whether he is is isn't...... he's now blocked.
I get several of these calls each week from different numbers.
I've filed complaints with the Pa Attorney General, and their reply is that all the ones I've sent them...... are..... I know this is going to be hard to believe..... scams!
Very likely a scammer. Even if not technically a scammer, in other words, the fundraising company was actually hired by the FOP, it's still not a good idea to donate to the caller. Fundraising companies donate very little to the actual charity itself.

I get them too and keep blocking them because they are different numbers each time. Last time I told him if he was looking for money, I don't have any, I'd appreciate if he would send me some and hung up. LOL. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. From now on, I do not answer calls from numbers I am not familiar with since I have a caller ID, then I look them up to see who the are from and block them.
