The caller ID said "Cell Phone PA" but I didn't know anyone in PA so I let it go to voicemail. The message they left said:
"The IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number 814-615-1211. I repeat 814-615-1211. Thank you."
I'm sure this is a scam. The IRS only contacts taxpayers by U.S. Mail, not by a cell phone call.
The IRS does not initiate contact via a phone call, they first send postal letters.
The IRS does not threaten arrest.
The IRS does not demand immediate payment over the phone.
The IRS does not ask for Credit card, Debit card, or prepaid money card information, at all.
It is a scam ran by offshore criminals attempting to trick you into sending them money.

I got a call from this number. I didn't recognize it so I left it to go to voicemail. When I listened it it this is the message I received:
"The IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number 814-615-1211. I repeat 814-615-1211. Thank you."
It seemed very suspicious so I went to the IRS website found their customer service contact. They directed me to file a complaint. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!!!!!!
