Called the number back and it put me to an opt out for this number.

Continuous calls from 814-732-0153.   No one there when I answer.  I need an address so I can "visit" these scum to possibly "introduce" myself personally.

Called back numerous times and no answer.. called again and it prompted me to press 1 to be added to a do not call list.. I just hung up..

I think these guys own the college apartment rentals.

They present themselves as Google, but they aren't - it's some telemarketers trying to sell web services. They'll hang up if you ask them to be taken off their call list.
