Called stating that they were trying to get information to serve legal documents. Started out with 877-587-5252 number. Called no answer within 30 seconds got a call fro this number but gave me another number to call 610-200-600. wouldnt give me no kind of information about the company or nothing.

If your caller was legitimate, they wouldn't need to call you to get information so they could "serve" legal documents. They'd already have that information. And REAL process servers do not call you - they just show up, unannounced, papers in hand. BTW, that second number is "not a valid phone number" - obviously a spoofed number. Looks like you're dealing with scammers.
Remember that per the FDCPA, you should not pay any caller who refuses to mail - do not accept email or fax - proof of debt/proof your caller has the legal right to collect said debt. Refusal to mail this documentation within five days of their initial contact with you is another violation of federal law, and you should not pay them.
Received numerous calls stating that they have a civil complaint and that I need to contact them asap for volunteer restitution, I call back no answer. They even called my ex-sister in law and stated that they were looking for me as I was was in trouble legally. I get calls everyday like clockwork at 8:37 from a guy named Ryan and someone calls from 814-791-9733 named Bradley they alternate days. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, it was kind of hard because they do not leave the name of their company. The guy named Ryan states on his voicemail that he is from 3rd party ad and I can't make out the rest of it. I am calling a lawyer and the attorney general on them as well. Does anyone know the name they are using, I know it's a scam, but I want to stop them. I have never had anyone call a member of my family and I have no idea how they got my ex sister in law?? Creepy....
