IRS SCAMMER - DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION - DO NOT RETURN THEIR CALL.  They state they have a warrant out for your arrest.  This is not true.

A prerecoded message from the IRS (yeah, right) saying that it was from the arrest unit and that an arrest warrant has been issued against me and that I was under constant surveillance and I hung up at that point.  Call on the ID says Bradford, PA.
