they say they are from GDS Solutions, a private litigation firm representing Insight Capital. THEY ARE A BIG TIME SCAM! Called me about 3 weeks ago, along with my boss and 3 other relatives of mine. Told me I had a judgement against me that was getting ready to go to court. I owed a payday loan $1450. I knew then is was a scam. They called my sister in law again last nght and when I called them, they told me that I owed $600. I asked where this Kurt Baker was calling from and he said Ottawa, IL . Funny, that is where I live. He is also the same person I talked to 3 weeks before.

This is a Payday Loan scam, threaten that you have been notified, they want you to pay on an old PDL from 2012/ 2013. They will give you names, case numbers---- STOP BEWARE... You will go months not hearing anything then you will get a call from someone that is going to serve you today .. They are Bad Folks!
