Typical call.. a Debra Chase says she has a claim that just came across her desk, and has a claim number. No company name.  She wants my address (I haven't moved in 20 years, so shouldn't be hard to find...).  Also, says to call back 877-304-0295, which is not the number she called from.  Ends the call saying this is formal notification (No, it's not...).. so I'm saying scam...
