Heard a recording that said pAYMENTS AND TRANSFER SERVICES HAVE EXPIRED AND NEED TO BE RENEWED IMMEDIATELY

7:30 PM CST: Heard a recording that gave my bank name and said "payments and transfer services have expired and need to be renewed immediately." I dialed the number and heard a recording saying I would need to provide three pieces of information. Then I was asked to enter an entire 16 digit credit card number. I immediately hung up.
