10:20 A.M. CT on September 24, 2014: Stupidly picked the phone up to find out who was calling me from this number. Said "Hello" twice, yet received no answer.

I even tried Googling this number and could find zero information on who owns it or what the owner is all about. All I've found out was that this number is apparently out of Freeport, Illinois and carried by Cellco Partnership DBA Verizon Wireless - IL.
