I suspect it might be Kirby Vacuums...I get many calls from 815-280-5842. I know that one is Kirby and they are based in Joliet, IL 815-280-5459 seems too close not to be the same company. Both numbers leave no message and call A LOT!!
ATTENTION ANY ONE WHO HAS received calls from 1-815-280-5459. I keep receiving calls on my cell phone from 1-815-280-5459. The calls usually come after 5:00 p.m., so I suspect it is a Telemarketer. No one ever leaves a message though. When I call the number back, to find out WHO is behind this phone number, the phone rings only once. I am automatically disconnected. Thus, I have not been able to find out WHO is behind this phone number. Both our home and cell phone numbers are listed on the DO NOT CALL list. I am going to place a complaint at the U.S. DO NOT CALL list to officially list 1-815-280-5459 as a nuisance. I hope the Company gets slapped with a steep FINE as soon as possible. A company CANNOT CALL YOU if you are listed on the U.S. DO NOT CALL LIST. If a company (or Telemarketer) continues to call your phone number which is listed at the U.S. DO NOT CALL list, you can click over to the U.S. DO NOT CALL LIST and list a complaint against the caller (type the phone number that is calling you and being a nuisance), and the company will be slapped with a major fine!
This and several other calls from 815.280.5xxx keep coming, nobody is on the other end, and if you call back it just rings and rings. It comes from Joliet, IL. They are really making me CRANKY!!
