I did. Apparently they get a lot of complaints from this particular office in Illinois. The lady that answered asked me what number was calling me, I told her: 815-301-4066 (please note that they have several 815-301-xxxx numbers). She told me she was going to personally call that office and tell them to put me on a "Do Not Call List". (Of Course I wasn't too keen on giving them my phone number but I kinda had to.) And she also said she would be mailing me a letter to confirm our conversation, which would include her contact information and that I could call her if there were any further calls.
Apparently, the Rockford area office needs a phone call from the "Parent Company" stating not to call rather than you, yourself, telling the college student on the other end of the line to Stop Calling!

Think I figured this one out, sounds like it's a vacuum cleaner company, checked similar numbers and that appears to be what it is. I'm a police officer, but have not checked my resources at work yet regarding this number...just simply report this to the Do Not Call Bureau, enough reports will earn them a huge fine as long as your number is registered, cell phones can be registered too!
