Who called from 8153100109

This is a marketing research call that says they're not subject to the DO NOT CALL list since they're not selling anything.  You have to answer the call and then ask to be removed from their list.

Man asked for my wife by name then hung up on her without further conversation. We have a Non-Pub number for decades. Exchange is from Utica, IL

I answered because I get calls about work from numbers I don't know.
Supposedly a survey about phone service. Hung up on them.
I am sick to death of stupid surveys -and all the other nuisance calls.

Called tonight at 8:50pm. Didn't leave message. They call multiple times a day...

Said they were calling on behalf of AT&T
