I have been rcving calls from this number and also the same first 6 digits ending in 1402,0913 and a number of 815-317 numbers.  They called me a couple of weeks ago and left a voicemail saying I'd be arrested within the hour for unpaid debt but would not tell me who I owe $ to and why this is the 1st I am hearing of it but still got me to tears with threat after threat and such.  I have looked them up and it is a company called Broadwing Communications and formerly known as another name but changed recently from what I gather.  They now never leave a message or answer when I pick up the phone.  I can't figure out how to block the number on my phone and have tried calling back but it says the number is not in service.  So how do they call me?  Really agrivating, they call about 10 times a day!  I applied for some loans recently online and have had so many of the frauf calls since its insane.  Never again.  I have about 20 ignored calls a day now and when I look them up, all are scams! Grrr
