I received a letter stating I have a lawsuit against me and I'm going to jail and going to my work. Unless I gave them $750.00

I received an email stating the same thing.  Scam .

Same thing. I got an email saying I owed $749 on a pay day loan and they would have me arrested if I didn't pay. I never took a pay day loan. Scam. Tried calling the number and it was some Indian guy....not a Law Firm. Many typos in the email. Just looked fake.

got the same email with my maiden name - called and requested proof of the debt - said that after i paid $749 they would send to me.

I got same email. Claiming I owe 749.00 an he refused my payment that I'm going to jail.  SCAM.  NOT A LAWYER...
