Received call on cell phone 11:38 am. No message.
I rely on my phone for business, but over the years have learned that anybody who has a legitimate reason to call me will leave a message. Thank goodness for Caller ID. Now, If I don't recognize the caller I don't answer and I don't call them back.
From the reports on this site it seems fairly certain that this is a scam.
815-374-2978 called our home as IL.Security. As we were not familiar with the name or number, we refused to answer the call. Isn't it terrible that we are captive in our own homes, are on DNC and still receive many junk calls.
