Who called from 8155278605

Multiple calls a day from number and similar numbers. When told not to call, hangs up.

Called me 3 times within 5 minutes, i answered on the 3 rd call, scam. They then called 2 hrs later using a different #.

I get numerous calls from 815-527-XXXX using four digits for the last four.  Many of them call three times in 5 minutes. I block all of them as quickly as they call. Today, I received a call from 815 527 8605 while I was on a call.  When I hung up from my call, it automatically answered the incoming call from 815 527 8605.  She announced her name as "Brooke from HOA, Home Owners Assoc" and then we were disconnected.
