They've called me twice, and each time I call them back, the phone doesn't even ring. It immediately hangs up. I have no idea who this is.

Some loan consolidation company. I've answered once and said I wasn't interested. They've called a few times since then but I don't answer. Whoever it was that I talked to sounded like a young female that had no idea what she was doing. Possible scam.
