nor the name of a company. Only
a location, Rockford, IL. Moreover
when I answered I only received
dead silence.

with "SPAM ACTIVITY LEVEL: HIGH"
I answered only because I was waiting for a call from a person whose number I did not know. The caller from this number asked for "Guadalupe". The background noise was similar to what one hears in a crowded room, like a call center maybe? I told them they had a wrong number and they said Thank You. And that was that.
