so here we are AGAIN over a year later mister UNKNOWN MAN, you would think that by now you would have gotten in contact with that executive HAAAAAAAAHA, what happened? did you not get his personal extension, because if you did you wouldnt have to go through me. the reason i have this attitude is because i get millions of calls a day with people saying the same thing you're saying, "the executive told me to call" but thats not what i'm getting on my end. i get do not keep putting these calls through, we dont want them. if they wanted the calls they would give out their direct extensions. so once you start calling here 3-4 times a day it makes you look a little desperate, shall i say. if this company wants to do business with anyone they will reach out to THEM. im just saying. i have other things to do than to play phone games with a thousand different solicitors, telemarketers, sales people, if you will, all day long. CALL ANOTHER COMPANY PLEASE, or at least only call here once a week. by the way i do not ASK for identification, its usually given, ex. hi im bob calling from god knows where...............
some man calls everyday asking for an executive in the company, he gives no name or id but i have to place the call through because he's asking by name. from now on he gets the old answer and hang up.
Please accept my apology, I was only returning a call by request of your executive. If you needed to know my identification, you needed to only ask and I would have gladly shared it with you. I dedicate myself to the success of my company as well as helping customers build theirs. By not being able to reach them stops these opportunities from happening. I hope that when I call again you will please ask me for my identification so I can reach the person I was asked to return the call too.
