This number called me, and when I said Hello, a voice said, "This is Chris Harris, how are you today?" or something like that. I said, "Fine and what did you need?" No answer, then a second later it said, "Are you still there?" and I suddenly thought it was a robot. So I hung up and called the number back. It made this funny chirping ring once, and then it was answered by the same audio as had called me a minute ago: "Hi, this is Chris Harris, how are you today?" or whatever, and after a pause, "Are you still there?" It sounds very realistic. I checked the number through Spokeo and it's Woodstock, IL, kind of in the country, it looks like, and Spokeo didn't have a lot on it, just "Dep Processing" and it was a female, but then it said there were two adults and a child in the house, (but with Spokeo you have to remember that means even children who are, say, 50 with parents in their 80s., LOL) It's kind of weird, to me, but here's the url: http://www.spokeo.com/reverse-phone-lookup/search?p=8156878555 to the info. :)

"This is Chris Harris, I'm here to help you with those messy payday loans."
He didn't identify himself otherwise. I should call him back and go through this process just to see what he asks for.
And the previous Brett (not me) is correct....it is an automated "bot" voice. Sounds like a sophisticated computer program to me. I just wonder how they got my number.
