Called my cell, did not answer, just blocked number.  Seems like there is a call center in Clifton, IL and they keep calling from different numbers.

I grew up in Clifton Il. There is about 2000 people there. Definitely no call center. I think I know everyone in town there. With that being said, it is also a farm community, if they don't leave a message, it wasn't them that called you. Probably just a spoof number that populated the 815-694 number. They called me and I never answered. I called back and there was a machine that said this was Mountain West for a survey. Just block that number. Good luck!
