I got the same thing, was thinking about checking this out further before calling back. Problem is 815's local to my area in Illinois and the number they asked to call back was 866 (toll free), so I wasn't sure if this was real or not (although I don't drop my business cards in most places except for free food).
Weird that when they called and left a message, they said "CGI," but when I called that 815 number back, they said America West (also known as the defunct airline).
I got the same call from 815-768-2145. They did not even use my name in the message, which means they don't have a clue as to who I am. It's a program calling numbers from a list. The just said that they were from CCI and I have won a free trip, and left a call back number of 866-262-9755.
I received a message on my voice mail asking to call a different number from the number on my cell phone's caller id. They said that I should call CGI[?] and that my spouse and I won a free trip. They said that me or a family member filled something out. Probably a bogus call.
Alright, so I called back w/ *67 and it said that I had won 2 tickets with America West. So, if anyone can call the number and get that response I am guessing it's a scam.
