Scammer piggybacking on a real number out of Crystal Lake, Illinois. Thought it was safe to answer the phone seeing the 788 and knowing it was local, wrong! "Hi! How are you today!? I'm Elizabeth with the Resorts Reward Center and..." at that point I hit my Block Now button. Should have looked at the caller ID which said "Unknown Name" which generally signals it's a scammer.
