This call came as 815-928-5382 on my Caller ID. Person (Janet "Smith") did not want to say where she was calling from...and kept trying to spew a list of disclaimers that I couldn't understand. Told her to s-l-o-w- down. Turns out she said we were delinquent on something we've already paid and she wanted the information from my insurance card. Told her I'd check on her facts and get back to her -- she gave me a different phone number than that which shows up on caller ID -- 815-802-1944.
