Well this is a new junk fax that I have not seen before.  This one is advertising holiday nut gifts and claims to be some company called Cantina Express.  The "removal" methods listed are to go to www dot removemyfaxnumber dot com and enter a PIN #, or to call 877-284-7885.  Both options are unlikely to get your number removed.
