Who called from 8158931696

I answered call, they hung up immediately without talking.  Said it was from Crystal Lake, IL

i have been getting calls for this number for weeks, caller ID  just says Illinois call until you answer the call, then nothing is there, sometimes it will say good bye, before being disconected

Have received several calls from this number from Crystal Lake, IL.  No one answers, just background noise and then they hang-up.  I called the number back and the circuit message says it is not a valid number or has been disconnected.

3 calls in the last two days ...two on  cllaer id ..one I answered and no one there ....maybe part of a system to locate live numbers by random calls ..I have been on caller id for years but lately seems to make no difference ...

These annoying calls should be banned
